Detailed Description

What became of a live message sent with a tag (SendOptions::tag), as far as its sender can tell.

Delivered: every piece of it acknowledged, or enough of them for the receiver to rebuild the rest — over a byte stream, written to it. Given up on: its lifetime ran out first. One with a piece taken for lost that was only late may have arrived all the same.
